If you thought S&H Campground was fun on a normal day, don’t forget about our awesome weekend events that happen throughout the year. One such event coming up in August is our ode to the 1970s, taking place August 18-20, 2017.
Are you ready to get groovy? Well, then grab your favorite ’70s clothes—bellbottom jeans and peasant top—and bring along your favorite dance moves to our disco. You can dance the night away! Other activities will include discovering how to make macramé, creating your very own love beads, and even catching a nighttime showing of Star Wars at our drive-in theater. You can’t ask for a more fun and family-friendly way to spend a weekend in August.
At S&H Campground, we want our campground and RV rental guests to have a memorable time while they’re here. Therefore, we try to have special events happening throughout the spring, summer, and early fall months. Our ’70s Weekend isn’t the only special weekend happening in the coming months. If you plan to stay the weekend with us, you can reserve a site at our campground. You may choose to bring your own tent or motorhome, or you can rent an RV from us. We have everything from deluxe motorhomes, travel trailers, and popup campers. Or, you may also be interested in one of our cabin rentals. Either way, be sure to make your reservation soon as availability becomes more limited closer to the event date.
